Service Payments & Refunds

All payments made to ALFA ELEVEN for digital marketing, design, branding, website development, and related services are non-refundable once the project has started or services have been delivered. This includes advance payments, milestone payments, and full project payments.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where ALFA ELEVEN is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal limitations. If a refund is approved, it will be processed after reviewing the project status and may be subject to deductions for work already completed, administrative costs, and resource allocation.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds may only be considered if ALFA ELEVEN is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons. Any approved refund will be processed after internal review and may be subject to deductions for work already completed.

 


Cancellations & Disputes

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced, no refund will be issued. In case of disputes regarding service quality or delivery, clients are encouraged to contact ALFA ELEVEN promptly so the matter can be reviewed and resolved professionally.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of services.
